Appointment setting services find prospects who fit your customer profile, contact them, and book qualified sales meetings straight onto your calendar. Agencies usually charge per held meeting ($300 to $600 is the published range), a monthly retainer, or a mix, often with a setup fee and a 3 month minimum.

Pay per appointment
Agencies price the held meeting. Getlead prices the email, so your cost per meeting depends on how many emails one meeting takes.

FAQ
Published ranges put pay per meeting at $300 to $600 a held meeting, and $600 to $1,500 or more for C-suite meetings. Retainer agencies charge $2,000 to $15,000 a month, and most add a setup fee of $3,000 to $5,000 and a 3 month minimum (third-party ranges, checked September 2026).
Getlead runs the email side of appointment setting on its own: it picks your buyers, writes one email per person, sends from warmed mailboxes and answers interested replies with your booking link. You pay $0.03 per email sent from a $30 deposit, with no setup fee and no contract.
Getlead answers interested replies with your booking link, and the prospect picks a time on the calendar tool you already use. There is no calendar integration to set up, and you take the call yourself.
No. You pay for emails sent, not for meetings, so there is no per meeting guarantee. Replies depend on your offer and your market. What Getlead controls is the targeting, the verified list, the writing, the sending and the reply handling.
Each reply is sorted. Questions get an answer and then the link, a not now gets a follow up at the time the prospect named, a referral to a colleague is flagged for you with the new name, and an opt out is suppressed for good.
Pay per appointment moves the risk to the agency and the cost onto each meeting, usually $300 to $600. Paying per email keeps the risk with you and the unit cost low. If your offer already gets replies, paying per email is usually far cheaper per meeting; if it is unproven, a guarantee can be worth the premium.
Not always. Email books meetings with buyers who read their inbox, which covers most software, agency and B2B service sales. Phone still wins with local businesses, trades and buyers behind a gatekeeper. Getlead is email only.
