The job
Five of the six daily SDR tasks run on their own.
- Read every new campaign before it sends
- Edit the angle or skip a lead
- Pause any day
Getlead researches the accounts, finds and verifies the decision maker, writes every email, sends it and answers the replies. Every day, from your website.

SDR figures: The Bridge Group, 2025 SDR Metrics report, checked October 2026.
An outsourced SDR, also sold as SDR as a service, is a sales development rep employed by an agency who prospects for your company: researching accounts, writing and sending outreach, following up and booking meetings for your closers. You pay the agency per seat each month instead of hiring, ramping and managing the rep yourself.

FAQ
Agencies publish per seat prices such as SalesRoads at $11,950 per 4 weeks for one dedicated SDR, and CIENCE at $2,000 for the team plus a $499 platform fee plus $1,500 to $6,500 per SDR, with a $5,000 setup (their pricing pages, checked September 2026).
The Bridge Group's 2025 report puts median SDR on-target earnings at $80,000 a year, split $55,000 base and $25,000 variable. Benefits, tools, a manager's time and recruiting come on top, and the average SDR takes 3.0 months to ramp and stays 1.9 years.
SDR as a service is another name for an outsourced SDR: an agency provides the rep, the process and usually the tools for a monthly fee per seat. Getlead is a different model: the research, writing, sending and reply handling run as software, and you pay per email sent instead of per seat.
It replaces the email part of the job: picking accounts, finding and verifying the decision maker, writing one email per person, sending from warmed mailboxes and answering interested replies with your booking link. It does not make calls, run LinkedIn or work events. You can run it before a first SDR hire, or to give an existing SDR time back for calls.
The Bridge Group reports an average ramp of 3.0 months for a new SDR. On Getlead you paste your website, the plan is ready in about a minute, and after you add credit from $30 the first campaign waits one hour in review and then sends.
There is no seat fee. You add credit from $30 and each email that goes out costs $0.03, so 4,000 emails a month is $120. There is no contract, and the credit does not expire.
No. You pay for emails sent, not for meetings. Replies depend on your offer and your market. What Getlead controls is the targeting, the verified list, the writing, the sending and the reply handling, and you can read every new campaign before it goes.
Paste your website. The accounts, the people and the first emails are built before you pay anything.
