The definition
A lead is a reply in your inbox. You decide if it counts.
- No qualification clause to argue over
- The full thread, not a lead report
- Interested replies already have your booking link
No fee per lead and no argument about what qualified means. Every email that goes out costs a few cents, and the interested replies are free.

Pay per lead is a pricing model where a lead generation company charges a fixed fee for each lead it delivers instead of a monthly retainer. For B2B outbound, published prices run about $200 to $500 per qualified lead, with the definition of qualified written into the contract. Pay per appointment works the same way, priced per held meeting.

Calculator
Set how many emails it takes to earn one interested reply. That number is yours to judge, not ours to promise.
A lead here means an interested reply you judge yourself; a contract lead also has to match the agency's checklist. The reply rate is your assumption, not a result Getlead promises.

Inside the price
Honest fit
Pay per lead is not wrong. It costs more because someone else carries the risk and the reply handling.

FAQ
A pricing model where you pay a fixed fee for each lead a provider delivers, rather than a monthly retainer. Published B2B outbound prices sit around $200 to $500 per qualified lead, and many providers add a $3,000 to $5,000 setup fee and a pilot period (industry estimates, checked September 2026).
No. Getlead charges $0.03 for each email that actually goes out, from a $30 deposit, with no setup fee and no contract. Interested replies land in your inbox with your booking link already sent, and you decide which ones count as leads.
It depends on how many emails it takes to earn one interested reply, which depends on your offer and market. As a worked example, if one in 150 emails earns an interested reply, a lead costs 150 times $0.03, or $4.50. That is an assumption, not a promise, and the calculator on this page lets you change it.
The provider is paid for each sales meeting that is booked and held, commonly $300 to $600 a meeting for B2B and more for C-suite buyers. Contracts define what counts: the buyer's title, company size, and whether a no-show is billed.
With pay per lead or pay per appointment the provider carries more of the risk, and prices it into each lead or meeting. With pay per email you carry the risk, but on a few cents at a time, you can stop any day, and you see every email that went out.
Not exactly. A Getlead lead is a real person who replied with interest to an email written for them. An agency qualified lead usually means it also matched a checklist in the contract. You qualify Getlead leads on the call, the same way an agency's client does in the end.
When nobody on your team can answer replies quickly, when you need leads qualified by phone, or when your budget only allows paying for delivered results. If you can judge a reply yourself, paying per email is usually far cheaper per lead.
