Pick your email providers and get a valid SPF TXT record to paste into DNS. One record, all senders, no syntax errors.
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~allAfter adding it, verify with the free deliverability test
SPF tells receiving servers which mail servers may send for your domain. Since Google and Yahoo's bulk-sender rules, mail from domains without SPF is rejected or spam-foldered on arrival. The most common mistakes: publishing two SPF records (invalid) and exceeding 10 DNS lookups.
Pair SPF with a DMARC record, warm up your inboxes with automated warm-up and read the full deliverability guide.
