What does an email deliverability service do?
It finds out why your emails land in spam or Promotions instead of the inbox and tells you how to fix it. That means reading your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, checking your domains against blocklists, sending a seed test to Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo, and comparing what it finds with your sending volume and list quality.
What is in the deliverability audit?
DNS and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and tracking domain), blocklist and reputation checks, mailbox volume and warmup, and list and content settings such as bounce rate, links and tracking. You get a written report with each issue, why it matters, and the exact change, within 3 business days, for $149.
What is the difference between Audit and Fix?
Audit ($149) is the diagnosis and a fix list you or your team apply. Fix ($399) includes the audit, then we apply the changes with a temporary DNS and mailbox admin invite, and re-test placement every week for 2 weeks.
Do you need access to my domains or mailboxes?
Not for the audit: DNS records, blocklists and seed tests are all read from outside. The Fix tier needs a temporary DNS and mailbox admin invite after checkout, which you remove when we are done. You keep admin access the whole time.
How fast can you fix deliverability?
Configuration problems such as a missing DKIM key or a broken DMARC record are fixed the day they are found. Reputation recovers more slowly: after the cause is removed, placement usually improves over one to a few weeks of lower, steady volume. The 2 weeks of watch on the Fix tier cover that window.
Will an audit help if my domain is blacklisted?
Yes. The audit confirms which list you are on and why, gives the delisting steps for that list, and checks the cause, because a delisted domain that keeps the same habits is relisted. If a sending domain is too damaged to recover, the report says so and suggests replacing it.
Which mailbox providers and sequencers do you support?
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other SMTP mailboxes, sending from Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, Getlead or any other sequencer. The seed test covers Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo inboxes.
Can I check my deliverability myself first?
