Warmup starts at delivery, but fresh inboxes need about 2 to 3 weeks before they carry real campaigns. If you need to send this week, use pre-warmed mailboxes, which have already run the warmup.
Plan on about 25 cold emails per inbox a day once warm. 10 inboxes is about 250 a day, 30 is about 750 and 100 is about 2,500. Keep warmup running next to your campaigns.
For most lists, yes. Match the split to where your prospects read mail: more Outlook inboxes for enterprise and regulated industries, more Google inboxes for startups and SMBs. A mixed fleet also means a filtering change on one platform cannot quiet your whole operation.
