One-off payment. Domains are registered in a registrar account that is transferred to you on request at any time.
A cold email domain is a separate domain, usually a close lookalike of your brand such as getacme.com, that you send cold outreach from instead of your main domain. It carries its own SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and forwards visitors to your real site, so any reputation damage stays off your main domain.
The rule
Mailbox providers score reputation per domain. Give cold email its own.
Naming
A prospect who checks the sender should recognise your brand in one glance.
DNS checklist
The setup most first-time senders get wrong, done on every domain.
Want to check it yourself? Run the domain through our SPF checker or build a policy with the DMARC record generator.
Fresh, aged or warm
Three ways to get a sending domain. Pick by how soon you need to send.
New .com, DNS done. Needs 2 to 3 weeks of warmup once inboxes are on it.
Has a registration date in the past, but age is not sending history. Still needs warmup.
Domain plus inboxes that have already run weeks of warmup. Connect and send.
Cost
Bare registration is cheaper. You pay us for the naming, the DNS and the 48 hour handover.
Prices checked October 2026 on infraforge.ai, smartlead.ai, instantly.ai, primeforge.ai and skipwarmup.com, as listed by each provider. Plans change, so check their sites before you buy.

FAQ
A cold email domain is a separate domain you send cold outreach from, usually a close lookalike of your brand such as getacme.com for acme.com. It has its own SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and forwards visitors to your real website, so the reputation risk of cold email stays off your main domain.
Your main domain also carries invoices, support replies, password resets and everyday team mail. If cold outreach triggers spam complaints, mailbox providers judge the whole domain, and that mail starts landing in spam too. Separate sending domains can be rested or replaced. Your main domain cannot.
Neither. They are fresh lookalike .com registrations with DNS done, which is why they cost a fraction of aged or pre-warmed domains. Add inboxes and warm them for 2 to 3 weeks before real campaigns. If you need to send on day one, buy pre-warmed mailboxes instead: those come with domains that already have sending history.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain, plus forwarding of the domain and www to your main website. The MX record points to your mailbox provider and is set when inboxes are added, either by you or through our Google Workspace or Outlook inbox orders.
Yes. Each domain is registered for 12 months in a registrar account that is transferred to you on request, at any time. You are never locked in to Getlead to keep using them.
A common setup is 3 inboxes per domain and about 25 cold emails per inbox a day once warm, which is roughly 75 a day per domain. For 500 cold emails a day that means 7 domains with 21 inboxes. Keep one or two spare domains so a resting domain never stalls a campaign.
No, this order is domains and DNS only. Add Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on top, or order the full cold email infrastructure setup, where we handle domains, inboxes, warmup and your sequencer in one go.
Domains only. Inboxes, warmup and sending are separate orders.
