Each tier targets a different buyer. Here is what actually changes as you move up:
30 mailboxes ($75/mo)
The minimum order, $2.50 each. At this size Maildoso is not the cheapest option.
300 mailboxes ($225/mo)
$0.75 each. This is where the volume pricing starts to pull away.
1,000 mailboxes ($490/mo)
$0.49 each, the lowest per-mailbox price we found.

What actually drives the Maildoso bill: volume tiers plus Maildoso-held domains
The meter is mailbox count, with a steep volume curve: 1,000 mailboxes cost less than seven times what 30 do. The price is built for senders running very large fleets.
Domains are the second meter and the one that grows. At 3 mailboxes per domain, 300 mailboxes need 100 domains, which is $1,500 a year at the new $15 price.
The real cost of Maildoso in practice
Sticker prices are the floor, not the ceiling. Here is the realistic annual math for common setups:

Hidden costs to budget for
Beyond the plan itself, these are the costs that surprise new Maildoso buyers:
- Domain ownership. Domains are registered to Maildoso while you subscribe. They are transferred to you at the end, not before.
- 14 days of warmup. Warmup is not included and 14 days are required before you can send.
- The domain price rise. Domains go from $12 to $15 a year on 1 October 2026, which matters at hundreds of domains.
Is Maildoso worth the price?
If you run hundreds or thousands of mailboxes, warm them yourself and optimise hard for cost per mailbox, Maildoso's volume pricing is the best in the market.
If you need 3 to 30 mailboxes, want the domains in your name from day one, or need to send this week, the low per-mailbox price does not help much.
The pre-warmed alternative: Getlead mailboxes
